The consultant handles conformity assessment preparation — gap analysis, documentation design, implementation, and internal audits — and then facilitates the actual certification decision through an independent, accredited certifying body. Consulting models vary: advisory-only consultants guide your own team through this preparation, while full-service consultants like AQSPL manage the entire process end to end, including certification assessment support through the accredited body’s audit itself.
Neither model is inherently better — a business with strong internal QMS expertise may only need advisory support, while a first-time applicant usually benefits from full-service coordination. How to Confirm AQSPL's Accreditation Independently
You shouldn’t have to take a certification consultant’s word for its legitimacy. Here’s how to understand AQSPL’s role and independently verify the certification bodies involved in the certification process.
AQSPL Facilitates Certification Through EGAC- and UAF-Accredited Bodies
AQSPL is a certification consultant, not an accredited certification body itself. We support organizations with documentation, implementation, audit preparation, and audit coordination, then facilitate the certification process through independent certification bodies accredited by organizations such as the Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC) and the United Accreditation Foundation (UAF), where applicable to the relevant certification scope.
The certification decision is made by the independent certification body, not by AQSPL. You can independently verify the certification body’s accreditation status, applicable scope, and certificate details through the relevant accreditation or certification body’s official records. Where applicable, the certificate should identify the certification body and relevant accreditation information in accordance with the applicable accreditation requirements.
If a consultant offers “certification in a few days” or “guaranteed certification without an audit,” treat those claims as serious red flags. A legitimate certification process requires an independent assessment against the applicable standard or scheme. AQSPL can prepare and support your organization throughout the process, but the final certification decision belongs to the independent certification body.
